Ceremonies are held at a time and season of our choosing, and no specific date, hour, or frequency is promised within your devotional month. Should no ceremony take place during your offering period, your intention is nonetheless received, honored, and held in prayerful remembrance for the full duration of your devotion. The candles of the basilica's public chapels shine by the light the Church now tends in these sacred spaces — electric in form, reverent in spirit — and our ceremonies are celebrated with humility as the holy calendar and our discretion allow.
